THE AGREEMENT / IN PLAIN SIGHT
Subscription terms and audit credit policy
Understand the service, the allowance and the next renewal before you pay. These plans are intended for agencies and professionals using the service for their business.
1. What the subscription provides
The platform supports campaign management, mobile website capture, personal script and presenter video generation, review checkpoints, private audit pages and native appointment booking. A subscription provides the monthly allowance and team-seat limit shown on the pricing page and confirmed before payment.
A standard audit uses a presenter video of around 45 seconds, up to a maximum of 60 seconds, with the Avatar III engine. Other presenter models, longer videos, bespoke deployment and white-label implementation are outside the standard allowance unless expressly agreed. The service does not promise unlimited generation, an unlimited number of client workspaces or a particular commercial result.
2. Monthly payment and included credits
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude applicable VAT; the checkout must show the final amount and any applicable tax before payment. No free trial is advertised.
The included allowance renews after a successful paid invoice for the new billing period. Unused included credits expire at the end of that period and do not roll over. A failed or unconfirmed payment does not create a new paid allowance.
3. How audit credits are used
A credit is reserved when a qualifying generation is accepted. It is consumed when the completed render is verified. A confirmed failed generation returns its reservation under the service’s failure policy. New generations and revisions may need another credit; replaying or downloading a completed video does not use a generation credit.
There are no automatic paid overages. If the available allowance is insufficient, additional generation must wait for the next paid allowance or an explicitly purchased credit pack. The workspace shows the recorded balance and usage.
4. Prepaid additional credits
Where an additional credit purchase is offered, packs contain 25 standard audit credits and are valid for 12 months from the confirmed purchase. The price is shown before payment. Pack purchases require a separate affirmative checkout; running out of included credits does not automatically buy a pack.
5. Cancellation and paid access
Use the billing portal linked from your account to stop renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, with access retained for the remaining paid period. The portal must show the effective date before you confirm.
Do not assume that cancellation creates a refund. Contact the configured service operator about a payment dispute, service failure or refund request. This policy does not remove any rights that applicable law requires.
6. Your content and outreach
You are responsible for the websites and recipient details you add, the observations you choose to share, the approved scripts and videos, and how you contact recipients. Review generated content for accuracy and suitability. Do not use the service to impersonate another person, access private sites without permission or send unlawful messages.
An observed page fact is not a complete security, SEO or accessibility assessment. The service does not guarantee lead numbers, bookings, rankings, revenue or conversion improvements.
7. Data after paid access ends
Workspace content becomes unavailable 90 days after the last verified paid access period ends. A scheduled cleanup removes private records and files whose ownership and integrity can be verified. Uncertain provider charges or file-integrity problems can pause physical cleanup for review; they do not restore access to expired content. Export completed work you need before access ends. Minimal accounting, payment-dispute, opt-out and security records may be retained separately for those purposes.
Private audit invitations and booking credentials can expire or be revoked earlier. Read the privacy and playback explanation for the data used by the recipient experience.
8. Availability and questions
Video generation relies on configured external providers and background processing. A submitted job can take time, and a provider may reject or fail a request. The workspace records its stage and any review required.
Before accepting payment, this installation must have its service operator details, billing configuration and agency access controls verified. Ask the service operator about any subscription term that is unclear before paying.
