THE WORKFLOW / FROM A LOOK TO A HELLO
See something.
Say something.
Start something.
One connected process, with your review at the points that matter. Here’s how a website observation becomes a personal introduction.
- 01Their website
- 02Your observation
- 03A personal video
- 04A conversation
THE WEBSITE
Start where
they recognise.
Add a lead or import a campaign CSV. The capture process visits the public website in a mobile browser, records a walkthrough and collects available page facts.
Page titles, descriptions, headings, viewport declarations, image descriptions and observed load timing can provide a useful starting point. One visit is a snapshot: it does not establish real-world Core Web Vitals or a complete SEO diagnosis.
A real website. A specific starting point.THE SCRIPT
Make the point.
In your voice.
The scripting provider turns the captured facts into a conversational first draft. Review it in the workspace, refine the words and approve the current revision.
Explain what you saw, why it could matter and what you would investigate. A missing tag alone does not prove lost customers. Your expertise keeps the message specific and proportionate.
Your observation. Your judgment.THE VIDEO
Show what
you mean.
The presenter recording is composed with the mobile website walkthrough. The avatar sits in a circular overlay, so the website stays in the frame.
Preview the finished composition in the workspace. The pipeline shows each stage of the work. Standard plan allowances use an Avatar III presenter video of around 45 seconds, up to a maximum of 60 seconds; other formats can have different costs.
A familiar website. A personal explanation.THE NEXT STEP
Make room
for a conversation.
The native calendar displays configured availability in the recipient’s chosen time zone. The server checks for overlapping appointments before confirming a reservation.
The recipient can download a calendar file and manage the booking in the same browser. The operator manages appointments and joining arrangements. Automatic booking emails and external calendar synchronisation are not currently configured.

Useful signals.
On the recipient’s terms.
The video works with playback tracking off. If the recipient explicitly enables it, first-party events can record a play and timed progress reaching 75%. These signals help inform follow-up; they are not proof of attention or a promise of a lead.
