CLEAR ABOUT YOUR DATA
Privacy & playback
A personal introduction should also be clear about private invitations, optional playback insights and the information used to book a conversation.
Your agency account
We store your account email, a salted password hash, workspace membership, role and security version. Browser sessions use opaque, HttpOnly cookies and expire after inactivity or their absolute deadline. Revoking a membership removes access to that workspace; password recovery invalidates previous account sessions.
Subscriptions and account emails
Stripe’s embedded checkout and billing portal handle card details. The platform stores customer and subscription references, paid-period evidence and an audit-credit ledger. It does not collect card numbers. A checkout return page alone cannot activate an allowance.
When transactional email is configured, Resend delivers verification, recovery and team invitation messages. Those messages have provider click and open tracking disabled. Account links are single-use and purpose-bound; database mail envelopes do not store the bearer link.
This service is operated by No Fear Tech Ltd, company number 16758357. Privacy enquiries can be addressed to the service support contact in the subscription terms. Customer workspaces are separate from the platform’s administrative security reports.
Your personal audit invitation
Anyone with your private link can view the approved audit until it expires or the operator revokes it. Keep the link with its intended audience. The page shows the video, reviewed transcript and selected website observations; it does not expose the prospect email address or internal pipeline history.
Optional video insights
The video works with tracking off. The playback checkbox lets you share play and watch progress with the operator. Collection stays on this website, uses no third-party analytics, and respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences. You can turn it off on the audit page.
When enabled, an HttpOnly cookie identifies a short-lived playback session. Server records use a hash of that session token. Milestones count a play and timed playback reaching 75%; seeking does not earn watch time. These are client-reported signals, not proof of human attention.
Booking a conversation
Your name, email address and chosen time are stored in the private operator calendar to manage the appointment. Confirmation appears on screen; automatic confirmation emails and external calendar synchronisation are not configured. Joining details are arranged by the operator.
This browser keeps an HttpOnly cancellation credential and stores the confirmation’s ID, time, timezone and status in session storage to restore the confirmation in the same tab. The credential is not included in browser-visible API JSON or calendar downloads. A restored confirmation is checked against the server before management actions are offered.
Request limits and management
Workspace content becomes unavailable 90 days after its last verified paid access period ends. Scheduled cleanup removes verified private content and keeps minimal financial, opt-out and security provenance. Unknown provider charges or file-integrity problems can hold physical cleanup for review. Encrypted backups have a separate rolling retention policy; an older backup is not made available through a customer account or private invitation.
Bounded request counters help prevent abuse. Audit links and cancellations remain subject to their expiry and current server state. Contact the person who shared your audit, or the operator handling your appointment, to discuss its management or retention.
